Providing significant growth and rather high level of crops present methods of management of the soil fertility, based, mainly on regulation of a food mode, are energy-and labour-capacious. Besides they cause essential changes in structure of, properties and in functioning of soil that at early stages of agrogen evolutions of the last are undistinguished but in time become more palpable. In this context in the special literature cases irreversible disaggregation of soil, decrease in buffer ability and sodastability, decalfication of soil absorbable complex soil and it acidulation and etc., accompanied by adverse ecological consequences and occurrences of new limiting factors and limitation are already marked. That fact testifies to proportions and danger of these processes already that are marked the latent negative action of fertilizers on soil even at average dozes of their entering (Савич, 1988). All this testifies to the certain crisis of application in practice of recommendations and receptions of management by soil fertility based on former theoretical positions.

Analyzing created position of В.В. Егоров (1981, 1986) considered, that from positions of a modern science, the essence of soil fertility is learnt still insufficiently purposefully and it is connected first of all by that in the theory about  fertility of soil don’t be found reflection matter of processes forming quality.

Proceed from this the embodiment during a life of a principle of the stability formulated in 1992 in Rio de Janeiro, can be reached only under condition of the further perfection of positions existing now in the field of the theory of fertility based on last achievements of genetic soil science. In this respect it is necessary to reveal more full internal essence of pedogenesis, to create the complete concept of fertility as the special form of the organization of a matter and peculiar it processes, and by that scientifically to prove more perfect systems of steady management fertility of soil, protection and rational use of the last.
