Issues discussed: The Meeting chaired by Acad. HERA confirmed the location ot the 5th UEAA General Assembly previously proposed by the Latvian Academy of Sciences (LAS) in collaboration with the Latvian Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences (LAAFS): Riga - Latvia, June 2008.

It was also approved the topic proposed for the associated Workshop with the title: "Towards a better valorization of bio- and other renewable energy resources".
